"Insecta Geometrica" is back with a second series of beautiful hard enamel pins! This yellow leaf insect makes a lovely accessory on its own, alongside either of the other leaf bugs, or displayed with other pins in the series!

Leaf insects are remarkable creatures whose bodies mimic leaves as a form of camouflage. Their disguise includes behavior such as rocking back and forth while moving to fool predators into seeing them as leaves moved by the wind. Most of the approximately 50 known species are some shade of green, though they can also occur in other colors, particularly during the juvenile stages of life.
